We wanted a short break in Rome, and Helen was brilliant at finding us a good deal, the hotel was lovely and central and flights were perfect. We had a few hiccups after booking as one of our party couldn’t come, and Helen was very patient and changed the booking for us. And her colleague Kim looked after us very well while Helen was away. Helen sent us a guide of what we could look to do in Rome, and made sure we knew what size our luggage had to be in the cabin.
